Downloading now tv on xbox360

When I try to install Now TV app on xbox360 I search for it in search apps and have tried to find it in browse apps but manage to find it in the search bit. but i get a error message.   

"sorry, details arent available. try again in a while.   

status code 200"

I am signed in to xbox live. i have spoke to a xbox help for hours, ive done all the checks. everything is working fine. so what am I doing wrong? my location is GB . i cant think what else to try?! & xbox have said to speak to now tv

wow im shocked your having the same issue. i thought was only me on the planet.. i have spoke to nowtv on the live chat. and they are looking into my xbox model. and told me  to clear cache. and make sure the sytem is up to date.  but i had done everything xbox suggested . i will forward this to the email from now tv. but i suggest you speak to the live chat to. so they are aware this is happening

I am having the exact same problem except I cannot find the now tv app at all even through search. Cant get anyone on xbox support and struggling to find the live chat option as keep getting punted through the self help sectiond

hi there. im only acutally able to find the now tv picture in searching apps. i read another help topic. that said a guy couldnt find atall as console wasnt GB location. try that in intial set up . also it depends on the time you try to talk to the xbox livehelp chat  and you just need to keep trying.     

  i have now the Nowtv help emailing me. and our looking into my error with the technical team

Hey Everyone!

The NOW TV app has been removed from both the Xbox 360 app store and the PS3 app store. You won't be able to download it from this point on :smileyindifferent

hi there.. well im totally gutted to find out this way.. as noone has said this.. after waiting for a email response. as there now tv technical team are meant to be looking into it.  and to just find out that this is why i cant download nowtv! and ive been trying to download since chirstmas day 25th dec. why if it its from today?! havent i been able to download prior. and nowtv is the reason i got a xbox360.

They took it off xbox 360. I had to get a nowtv stick

Am not surprised it doesn't work no more I've your from the UK u will notice a few apps have gone like BBC iPlayer stv now tv and a couple More the Xbox 360 is almost a retro now and sky sports have removed sd and only show you sports in he so I assume the app for now the on Xbox is not able to show hd content and they probably found they wasn't able to upgrade the app on 360 so they removed it anyway u can buy a now tv box 2017 one in cex for 8pound or ebay
