Can anyone explain why when I try to use my account on my tablet (when previously it worked ok on my android phone) that two things are happening:
1) films I downloaded 24 hours ago have now disappeared and
2) when I try and download the films it allows me to find the film but pressing the download button it says I need to log in again.
3) if trying to watch a film it simply logs me out.
