Hi,
I’m getting a code 16 error (on all content), suggesting a modified device when trying to watch anything on my iPad (iPad Pro 2018 12.9“). The iPad is new (refurbished) from Apple, so I don’t see how it is „modified“. Problem persisted after restart. So for all I’m concerned this error should not happen. What can I do?

I don't own an iPad or iPhone, but have you tried deleting the NowTV App once again, then go to the IOS App store, then download the fresh NowTV App.
Once the App is downloaded, switch the iPad / iPhone off, then power back up the device and enter your login details back into the NowTV App to see if it kicks starts the App into life and removes the error code 16 message on your screen.
