Can't validate Disney Plus email?

I downloaded the Disney plus app to my Now TV box. I set up the subscription on the app and used Roku Pay. It says my Disney plus account needs to be verified but it is sending the verification code to [email removed]

I want to be able to cancel my Disney plus subscription if necessary and Disney have advised I contact Roku??

Any help would be grateful
