I can't sign in on my new Roku box even after resetting password etc.
It's now taken me to a page where I have to prove I'm not a robot..
But it keeps saying the words don't match when I can assure you they do..
Will appreciate any suggestions 😊

As a suggestion delete the app and reinstall it.
From my memory the "text" for the confirmation is very picky. I remember having the same issue on my parents LG TV. Took what seemed like 1000 attempts.
Worst case you can head onto Live chat to see what Now TV staff can do to help.
