So I've had the full package for 6 months pay for it all it's never allowed me to access the entertainment part which is box sets only the Sky films An kids films
however I'm not well stage 3 cancer I thought hugger this cancelled it as wanted it onkycreally for the box sets paid justfor entertainment An still can't access it through my tv app
I've tried calling numbers to this company I even called bt with absolutely still no idea what to do so I've paid 6x 7.99 for something I've never watched feel so frustrated
