Why can btsports customers watch nowtv sports , but nowtv customers cannot watch btsports using a sports pass ? If I leave nowtv I can still watch it through btsports ? So why do I pay nowtv ?

@Anonymous User if you leave now TV and watch the service on a BT device you are still paying to watch it. The payment is made to BT instead of directly to now TV. Also, any issues with the service are not handled by NowTV, you would need to contact BT.
A standalone sports pass via a BT account is still £33.99
BT does offer a discounted package of BT Sport and Sky Sports via a NowTV pass for £40 a month but it's a 2 year contract and you must subscribe to their broadband. HD is another £5 a month.

Great reply ... thanks for the info , but unfortunately although I've been
"subscribed" to nowtv for over 5 years I've had nothing but issues ..
currently I pay for passes and can't watch without continually having to
use their on line help , for the past 3 days I've been waiting for them to
email me a "fix" to my issue ...the second time in June , so I pay and
wait ... and miss the action , I'm throwing my money away , if I go back to
subscriptions I can have next day service or at least a response to make
me feel better ... thanks for the reply at least somebody did !

I watch on my TV through a nowtv box , I have entertainment and films , my
problem is with the sports passes , I have a 1 week pass given to me as a
refund from nowtv, I entered the code and it says it's ready to use , but
won't let me watch , 2 days ago nowtv said they'd be in touch through email
and I've heard nothing
