So can't get hold of ANYONE can someone help? My broadband has stopped working all together no connection what so ever. Bill is not due until 2nd so not because we haven't paid!! I've tried everything re-boot disconnect/reconnect phone line. Nothing. Lights are green on router just no connection. We urgently need it to upload our sons insulin pump for his team to look at his data. Any help please???
