So we have a bt box with now TV sports package sky yet I can't watch it why ?

Are you a BT TV customer and NOW Sports is directly paid via BT or is the NOW Sports paid directly to NOW themselves?
Does any other playback device work with NOW Sports apart from the BT Box?
