Amazon Prime Video app reporting no internet connection when using from NowTV box. All other apps working ok. Box reboot and router reboot do not fix issue. All apps are up-to-date.
Roku box works fine with Amazon Prime using same internet connection.

As the issue is with Amazon you’ll need to report the fault directly with Amazon.
Just make sure your device is fully up to date.
