I have both a NOW TV stick and a Roku Express box.
Recently, the All4 app has stopped working on the NOW TV stick - gives an 'Well, this is embarrising, something went wrong' message. However, if I launch the All4 app on the Roku box, it's fine and it goes straight in.
I did a software/app update on the NOW TV stick plus a restart, still to no avail.
Any ideas? The error code is All4-008

Did you try and remove the All4 App and reinstall it again which worked on this link thread below ?

When you say restart is this a factory reset?
