Hi I've had my brand new TV now since the 9th and Ive hooked up my WiFi to the TV and everything works but all 4 I have done a software update n no joy anyone help please?

I can’t see where NowTV comes into this?
Even if they are your broadband supplier, this problem has been reported on many different TVs and many different ISPs, with the common denominator only ever being All4,
But to eliminate your ISP, or to implicate them, set up a WiFi hotspot on your smartphone, switch the Philips (sic) TV to that, and see if All4 starts working or not.
