voucher registration probs

I bought 2 month voucher redemption card for entertainment last year.meantime i`ve accepted reduced rate monthly subscription until sept 21.however when i `ve tried to register card it says that as i`m mid flo on offer i cannot register card,but more recently it says ther`s something wrong with redemption card.I do not want to lose my £10 card money so how can i get it registered to offset monthly ent fee costs.

currently there is no live chat available(doh)

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you are referring to a NOW gift card and it's less then 12 months old, then you won't be able to add the voucher code from the card to your online account until you have less than 30 days remaining on an existing offer ie after the 21st of August (assuming the Gift card is of the same type).
