You will need to phone the NowTV Broadband Team, where unfortunately it can't be done online directly via your account 😠.
Did you receive an email with your new prices and your options where there should be a telephone number to call towards the bottom of the email ?
If you can't find the telephone number then go to My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst logged on here and under Broadband Plan click the blue arrow underneath it then click on the upgrade button until a telephone number appears on your screen to phone.
When you call the NowTV Broadband Helpline number expect a long wait because i believe their telephone lines are extremely busy with the limited amount of staff due to the coronavirus crisis.
