new to all this, but i ordered super fibre and when my hub2 arrived on the front of the booklet it says welcome to brilliant broadband which is the slowest.
impossiblet o contact NOW other than phoning, i suffer anxiety and struggle to speak to people

It's exactly the same router for all the services at Now. I wouldn't worry too much until it is up and running.
Did you have any other communications from Now (emails etc) which state what service you signed up to.
