internet hub dispatch help???

so i recieved an email saying that my services had changed and that my new switch on date for my internet would be the 28th january, when ive tracked my order it says the internet hub is due for delivery on the 24th of january but then it says the hub will be dispatched soon.

 

totally coonfused any advice on when my hub will be dispatched

Hi @Anonymous User

The NowTV Hub is normally sent out 5 working days before your scheduled live activation date.

If your live activation date is the 28th of this month then NowTV are cutting it close with the despatch of your router.

Would suggest giving them a call for an update and re assurances that you will receive the Hub router before the 28th.

You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointment section on here.

Once on the Orders & Appointments page, click on the drop down arrow below live date to see the telephone number to call.
