broadband

Its not letting me order broadband. keeps coming up with "we've hit a snag" when i go to pay, what can i do? or can i contact the sales team?

You can try calling on 0330 332 3050. But bear in mind that NOW offer only standard ADSL/FTTC broadband services and the number of areas this is still available to new customers is becoming increasingly limited as Openreach move away from the copper network to Full Fibre.

To follow-up from @redchiz1 you could try another browser or deleting the cookies and data from your current browser?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
