black friday broadband offer

I want to take up the broadband offer but it won't let me add on the tv offers as I already have a current membership. I have cancelled cinema and sports and when I try again it is still not letting me take the offer which is stopping me from placing my broadband order. Can anyone help with this please

Can you post a link to the offer?

 

Can you start a whole new account and get the offer that way?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Yes under the broadband tab it is same price for all. When you go to check out it says add entertainment cinema and sports but won't let me as I have 2 of them running till early next month

It is 4.99 a month for 12 months entertainment, same price for cinema and sport is 19.99 btw
