NOW TV Pass Discount

I am new NOW Broadband customer. When I signed up I understood that passes would be discounted. For example entertainment would be £3.99 and movies £6.99. However when I go to add a pass they display at full price.

Is this a legit offer?

Resolved! Reward Card Offer

After signing up with Now Broadband about a week ago I noticed yesterday that the offer  has been updated and now includes a £50 reward card. Is there any way that I can get this reward?
