Also assuming your bank card on the NowTV system is up to date.

if the issue is with regards to a NowTV TV offer, then live chat would be your point of call (click on the green chat online button in this link page below).

Should it be NowTV Broadband related then there is a number of places on your NowTV Broadband online account to find their telephone number.
updating bank card details did the trick. thanks
