Hi Nadine,

Yes - same for me. I still haven't had any resolution on this. My Case ID: 04025159

On the 25th of November I was told,

"It can take 90 days for them to come through to you from when you place the order but what I can do is send this over to the back office as see if they can try and chase this up for you also"

My order was placed on the 21st of August. So we are well past 90 days.

I can only suggest to you and everyone else that if you're not getting
anywhere to contact your local Trading Standards department for advice.
They probably won't be able to do the work for you, but will tell you how
to proceed, ie what to put in a letter. Mentioning their help generally
moves companies to action.

Hi nadine 

i have contacted Now tv on several occasions the last communication I received back was 10 days ago.  It has been well over 90 days and still no Tesco voucher 

I had contacted them previously after 60 days and I was informed I would get after 90 days.  A really unhappy and disappointed customer

Your best bet is to write and give them chance to send you the voucher or
you will contact Trading Standards dept at your Borough Council. Your other
recourse could be through an advertising watchdog. Personally when I have
used Trading Standards companies comply really quickly. Of course as there
are so many people affected you could contact a TV consumer programme en
mass.

I recently signed up with Now TV and the £50 gift card offer swayed me to choose them. I will also cancel if this doesn't arrive.

I've tried everything suggested here, I've had no replies, just seem to be getting ignored 😞

 

I've not tried phoning, because it seems like that's a waste of time aswell.

For those still waiting I rang now tv at the weekend and they provided me with an email address ([email removed]) and advised that I send them an email with a screen shot of my order confirmation. I mentioned in the email how long I have been waiting and that I will be going to the watch dog or trading standards if it goes on any longer. Just checked my email this evening and my voucher is sitting waiting for me. Hope this helps you all 😊
