This is not a third party offer. It is with Now tv rewards. I signed up for £50 m and s voucher.
I am becoming very frustrated as I signed up for the £50 voucher - seen on Martin Lewis . I have used live chat umpteen times . I can’t find a call number ... it does state on the original offer that it would be £16 per month or £20 pm with the voucher. I don’t think there is any offer ???? And I don’t think I should be paying £20 pm for an offer I won’t get!!
There was an offer from Now TV. When I signed up, it asked me about my choice of the voucher, tesco, M&s, etc. I chose Tesco. But strange enough, haven't heard anything since.
Did you manage to get anywhere with this as I'm having the same problem. I was sent an email confirming my voucher would be sent out 60 days after purchase of NOW broadband. That was over 3 months ago .. Messages sent to Now but no reply
Apparently you have to claim it off the compare site you used to sign up if anybody can remember the site please let me know as i cant remember who it was please
@ vivi62, from my personal experience - it doesn't matter what/who led you to this Now TV offer.
I've been all around the houses using any means - phone, text, emails, Twitter, letters - over a period of months so that's why can say this with confidence. You just need to email the admin agency referenced in messages above (this thread) including one from me.

Seems we’re in the same boat I’ve been trying to get my £50 voucher since last October , it’s not a third party offer it’s a promotion by Now Tv . Looking at comments here and elsewhere it’s been all but impossible to get this offer completed . Now tv customers service has appear ed to be sorting it but it’s still not sorted , I’ve been revered back to compare the market but they revered me back to now tv .
