TESCO £50 VOUCHER

I switched broadband provider in August 2018 after reading about NOW on the Martin Lewis site. My understanding was that I would be sent the £50 voucher approximately 60 days from my purchase date. Despite sending several messages to NOW I still haven't received any response or voucher. Any suggestions??

I also subscribed in January of this year after reading the offer in the Martin Lewis Show. I was the informed some time later that the offer was 'revoked' which I immediately queried. Unbelievably, I have just received a reply after all this time asking my account number for further investigation! I think that any further action on my part will almost certainly be fruitless after this demonstration of NOW TV's efficiency, (and apparent dishonesty in making an offer which they have subsequently dishonoured) so, yet another of current business practices to be "written off to experience"!
