Router upgrade

Hi,

 

Does NowTV offer a router upgrade to newer box with 2.5Gbit Ethernet port ?

I've seen some paragraph in terms of service, which won't allow users to use 3rd party modems, so it should be some upgrade offer available 🙂

NOW only currently offer the NOW Hub 2 Router with two 1 Gbit Ethernet ports on it.

 

Some people have had success using certain third party Routers, but you won't get any Help Support from the NOW Broadband Team.

 

If you have a third party Router already or thinking of purchasing one, then maybe post the make and model to see if anybody on the forum knows if it's possible to use on the NOW Broadband service.

 

Should you get the third party Router working on NOW and need to speak to the NOW Broadband Team in terms of poor internet performance, then make sure you temporary disconnect the third party Router and plug in your NOW Hub Router to enable NOW to undertake a remote diagnostic line check.
