Rejoining with NOWTV after cancelling BT within 14 days

Hi guys,
Hope someone can help me!I just joined with BT and however I found that I am paying extra £9 for BT as I am under 14 days cooling off period with BT I called BT and they confirmed I need to contact NOWTV to reinstate my service back on.
I just called NOWTV and they refused to offer me service even though I had had their service before

How can rejoin with NOWTV? This is disappointed @samsmith

BT are talking out of the wrong orifice. They need to put you back on Now; Now can’t take you back, as you have found.

Ring BT again, and ask for your call to be escalated until you reach someone who knows what they are talking about.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
This week, I are genrally been watching epsidoes on my Sasmung TV

I believe this was just backing out of BT TV, back to being direct with Now, and not a change of ISP.

I think @dula45 already answered that.

It seems fine, as per an email I received from Now TV that service will be ready to run by 22 nd of September 2023.

however, I have been told by NOW TV Contact Centre staff that I will get a new broadband HUB. It seems not yet delivered. I don't know they want me to use the old HUB.

I wouldn't worry, I suspect it's simply a standard  message as you are basically a new joiner.

The old Hub will work just as well as the new one (should you actually get it)

Edit: It's better to refer to the broadband as "Now broadband". Now TV is the streaming service.
