Quidco cashback remain unpaid?

Joined NOW broadband  in March this year, bought via Quidco, tracked the cashback initially at £100 (as expected). Since then have gradually seen it progress on Quidco, retailer approval 'green' seen but missed 'expected payment date' in mid August. Still waiting now, How to proceed any

Hi  Did you manage to get your quidco payment ?  I am still awaiting my payment of £99 showing as delayed.
