My daughter has moved into her new house, what is the procedure to get broadband ?
The previous owner had Sky, Does she need the phone number. No fibre at the property.
It has phone line. Does the line need activation ?

Best option would be to give the broadband team a call. Having been a BT customer for a while I honestly can’t recall what the process is for Now TV broadband.
