Not able to use code

I bought a Now tv sports card but upon entering the code a message popped up stating that I already have an active card and therefore am unable to use this. The previous card I had purchased was a weekly subscription back in February. Any ideas how I can get around this?

Have you still got a saved one day or one week sports pass on your account ?

 

Or have you a day sports or week pass active and still running on your account which hasn't finished yet?

 

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here is there an option to either buy a one day / week sports pass or apply a voucher button link below it ?
