I am a relatively new NowTV broadband customer, having started my contract 6 months ago.
I joined NowTV because my overall contract cost was significantly lowered by an £80 cashback offer provided by Quidco. It was supposed to be paid out on the 25th November but there's no sign of it because Quidco haven't received payment from NowTV. Quidco say there is nothing they can do until NowTV pays them.
6 months is an unacceptable time to wait - when is it going to get paid?
