New customer

I am trying to move from Sky to Now Broadband + entertainment package for 12 months. I have canceled Sky but the broadband will keep going until Now take it over. It is not clear when you order package on line if Now TV know you are with Sky. I’m running out of time and Now do not display and phone numbers.

 

can anyone help?
