New customer offer

Hi I am a new customer and was completing a form and only got to the make payment page once I had done this and tried to continue to the checkout it won’t let me and would keep coming up with a message at top saying “something went wrong try again” in a red box ?? But I have managed to sign in to my account but I don’t have any emails to say it has gone through or not ?
