New customer different prices

Hi all,

 

I'm looking to get one of the broadband packages, however, when I choose the one that says £23 per month under the order summary it says my monthly cost would be £32 and the one that says £24 a month its says £35 as my monthly cost in the order breakdown.

 

Is anyone able to help me understand why it's giving 2 different prices?

I have just been over on NOW Twitter and it looks like their telephone helplines are down (according to a NOW Tweet).

 

Try the telephone number and if it doesn't go through, either try later on or send them a message using the web form which you can find on my link that i posted.

Just checked out Sky/NOW help desk phone number, it's down for "essential maintenance".

 

Now ain't that a kick in the NAD (NAD Hi-FI, a world famous British Hi-Fi manufacturer).
