I am trying to switch to NowTV broadband but cant get beyond schedule and appointment.
I have tried three time now am going to give up and go elsewhere unless someone can point me to live chat.

Hmmm – it looks like there’s a connection problem at the moment.
What happens if you try a different internet browser with the ad blocker disabled or if that doesn't work try incognito mode or a private window on your browser.
Thank you for your support earlier - I was really impressed.
Unfortunately when I got throught to support I learned that I could not take my line number from Virgin to NowTV so I have gone with another provider.
They also informed me the 'Book an Engineer' function and Live chat does not work on Chrome because it does not support Silverlight. I tried on Edge and it still did not work.
Unfortunate outcome but thanks for your help.
I did provide myfeedback to the helpful NowTV support person.
Try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.
