I have been on hold now for 2 hours.....has anyone else had problems with this? do I hang up and try again!? this really is totally ridiculous!
I want to upgrade my broadband and so give them more money in affect...who would have thought it would be this difficult!

A 2 hour wait time is ridiculous from any service company.
I have phoned the nowtv broadband team on a few occasions and the longest i waited to get through was about 15 to 20 mins.
Rang them this week about upgrading to free caller id on my telephone line and got through to them within 2 minutes.
The telephone number that i always use is under My Account > on here and select Orders & Appointments and then click on the drop down arrow below live activation date.
