Existing nowtv customer, can't sign up to new broad band

I'm an existing now tv customer and I'm trying to sign up to be a new broadband customer. Each time I try to check the broadband availability or sign up, I just get the spinning coloured circles. Can't get any further with the process.

Hi @Anonymous User 

Try a different internet browser with it's adblocking software switched off, where this sometimes gets around the four coloured spinning circles loading page on the nowtv website.
