Thanks. It was Now TV I was querying but I guess it's the same principle. I
have discovered they have an alternative prefix to call for non BT users,
but at the moment that's not connecting me and the helpdesk is out of action

Are you confirming that the alternative access number 0808 1 703703 doesn’t work for you?

Or that 0208 180 2828 doesn’t work for you?

Or that both don’t work?
