Broadband

I think I may have sighed up for broadband. It said £18 per month but at check out it said £25 per month. I thought I was going to save money. How do I contact now tv to find out where im up to. There is normally a cool off period and if ive added broadband I want to cool off.

Sounds like you went for Brilliant Broadband, but wound up buying Fab Fibre.

 

To back out of either (or both) gracefully, here’s the link you need. Follow the applicable path through, and there should be a phone number you can ring, but I can’t predict in advance what that number will be:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
