I’ve just upgraded my broadband and person I spoke to this morning said would be £25 a month and £9.99 for cinema. I have free entertainment package. When I look on my account my cinema has gone up £11.99 but entertainment package is £6.99 and I’ve received an email saying my broadband will £32 a month. I didn’t agree to this. How did I get what I agreed. I’ve tried cancelling the cinema package and it won’t let me. I need help and the package I agreed to
