I've ordered a BB and been redirected to page with a 12 month ent Pass for 4.99 however didnt manage to get it as my laptop crashed. Now on my account I cannot see this offer anywhere ?
So spend two hours on chat and achieved completly nothing apart from each department transferring me to each other, i did two rounds.
Customer service is complete disgrace.
I have a similar issue however I was told I will get an email within 48 hours but I didnt receive anything. Today every time online help try to transfer me they cut me off!

Same thing just happened to me today!
I spoke to someone called Caolan on the online help and they sorted it out for me, extremely helpful when compared to the other times i have spoken to people on the online help!
