which offer is active?

hello, currently on a deal for £1 i think for movies for a month, but then i got an email saying i have movies free for 6 months... so do i cancel the £1 month one which will go to the full price, or just leave it and they'll auto change to free?.

In the email are you able to apply the offer to your account?

If not then yes as a guess you’ll need to cancel your pass and reactivate it using the email offer.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
