voucher eaten

I started the 14 day trial and applied a voucher on top then cancelled the sub so it doesn't come out if i forget but now the 2 months from the voucher is not showing on the pass and attempting to reapply the code shows it as invalid.

Thoughts?

@Anonymous User You can only apply a voucher once, and since you applied it 2 months ago, you can’t apply it again. As to why it’s not showing - if it was a one-month (or possibly a two-month) voucher then it has expired. If it was for longer, then I’d suggest popping over to chat and having a word with them.

i did not apply it 2 months ago. i applied it immedietly after starting the trial yesterday
