unwanted Sports voucher

left my 92 year old father in law alone with the remote and he ordered a £10 SKY sport day voucher! Denies doing it of course...I have zero interest in PPV sport but there doesn't appear to be anyway to cancel it, or any useful way of asking NOW. Bit ridiculous you need to "ask the community" is there an online form somewhere, the site navigation goes round in circles

Jump over to NOW live chat by clicking the green chat online button on this link below and explain to them what's happened and ask them to remove the Day Sports Membership Membership, plus ask for a refund.

 

Also to prevent this happening again, add a payment pin to your account.
