talk talk customers offered now tv at discounted rates

I am struggling to speak to anyone on talk talk or now tv. talk talk offer discounted vouchers but their email say these expired on 28/02/22 but you still get the offer to sign up and all the links. In now tv it fails. Does anyone know if this is a temporary issue or know what to do to speak to someone - if anyone else being a customer of both is in the same boat?

If it is TalkTalk who are providing the offer then I think it is them you need to contact about it.
