offer not applied

Last december I wanted to cancel my cinema pass..i wass offerd 3months for 3.99 and I accepted....even got an email sayng offer was applied. but now when my voucher actually expired...I am asked to buy a pass for 9.99

Welcome to the forum. Pop onto your My Account > My Passes page to see if you can see your cinema offer active on your account

And if you can't pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort it for you.

Same happened to me and I've not been able to contact NowTV all day via online chat or sending a message. Have you had your pass reapplied yet?
