offer email wont work

Received an offer email from Now TV last week that expires in 5 days time offering me 1 month free cinema if i click on the link - no voucher code within the email - yet when i click the link and sign in its only offering a 7 day free trial. How do I get the 1 month free as per email ??? I have tried contacting through facebook and twitter but had no response and the 'online chat' doesn't appear to be working on my computer ?

I am facing the exact same scenario, received an email offering Sky cinema for 1 month for free, but the link is not working.
