hi, we won what we thought was a free 12 months Now tv at McDonald's.
After the 1st month we got an email saying we would be charged if we did

So you have the 12 month offer in form of a voucher?

you obviously did not read my reply.  we won a 12 month Now TV pass Inc sky movies in a McDonald's competition.

AFter using it  for One month, we were informed by email we would have to pay to keep using it.

ie it was only for 1 month not 12 months...

Did you apply the voucher to your account? 

If you did not then this is why you are having to pay. Either that or you got a faulty voucher.
