new sky sports offer (14.99)

been offered the £14.99 sky sports a month (for 12 months).  currently paying £6 a month for cinema and £6 a month for entertainment.  both those rising to £9.99 a month in the next couple of weeks.

can I still get the £14.99 sky sports offer if I were to cancel one of cinema or entertainment?

@GTH

And when you get into the month before Cinema and Entertainment are going to increase, start the Cancellation process and see if you get an automated retention discount.

Even if you go all the way though the Cancel without getting the offer, you can instantly change your mind and uncancel, going back to the deal you had before, so don’t be afraid to push on through the Cancel if you don’t get a retention offer straight off.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

@MarkMark

There was an offer available to all at £26 a month until recently. You need to keep your eyes peeled. Email offers are personalised to attract customers back after a period when they haven't subscribed. £14.99 is exceptional. As for having a "look around," where else will you go for Sky Sports?

Select customers seem to only get it. You can try your luck with staff via live chat.

Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box and don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
