new customer deals

coming to the end of my contract and looking to upgrade on my broadband speed

I've asked to upgrade to the current deal(which is quite good) but i was told no because I'm an existing customer.

what constitutes a new customer then?

leave and get some else in the house to take it out?

usual daft thing, not caring about keeping customers!

Re: new customer deals

@robthetill

If you can’t get any deals being an existing customer, perhaps do the old “threaten to leave” to see if you get any offers thrown at you?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.
