movies offer

I just ordered a months sports pass on the £20 offer, cancelled to stop it rolling on at £33.99 and was offered a three month £20 deal which I took. I was then offered 7 days entertainment free. I took this but cancelled straight away as I don't really use the entertainment channel, was then offered 3 months for £1.60 a month or something silly, good deal but as I don't use entertainment I still declined.. it then offered me three months of movies for free - now that I would use and would like.. however I just got a whirring circle and please wait and it never went through! Can you check this and apply for me please.
