existing customer deals

With the current situation on the UK and people having to stay at home and some now not working and some even are losing money each month. Is NOW tv going to put deals or discounts on for existing customers for this period to help some people find it easier to get through these difficult months.

Had an offer to get 3 for two months on Boost. Not knowing if it would work on my TV set I took the 7 Day free trial. It did work but when I went back to the offer 20 minutes later to take up the offer it had Gone!!! TVNOW are having laugh. I have cancelled my free trial, the improvement was not that great  !! They have probably lost many £££'s
